Streets and sea procession in honor of the St. patron. During the afternoon, team games are organized involving tourists as well. At midnight, fireworks by the seaside will end the fest.
Sicily’s Norman past is revered in this historic celebration; locals parade dressed in ancient costumes and a symbolic fight is performed against a puppet representing the dreaded Saracens.

This traditional cultural and gastronomical festival, takes place in the splendid village of Raganzino directly on the sea promenade. In the Rimembranze square, a huge quantity of fish is cooked in a special 4 meters diameter pan and chefs prepare typical Sicilian specialties.
