Portopalo di Capo Passero village
This is the southernmost point of Sicily, right below the latitude of Tunis. It offers gorgeous views. The island of Capo Passero (a gem) and several "tonnare" (old buildings used in the past for the traditional processing of tuna fish) are worth a visit.
The daily fish market in Portopalo is a shoppers delight, seasoned with much local life show.
