Ispica village
Little town close to the long sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo and the caves and sea stacks of Punta Ciriga. It offers also an interesting archaeological site (Cava d’Ispica and Parco della Forza). The baroque churches of Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore and the Santissima Annunziata are worth a visit. Do not miss the old indoor town market; the building dating back to the early 20th century, hosts now a handsome restaurant. By far the best place in town!
