Simple and authentic farmstay set within the nature reserve of Cavagrande del Cassibile directly on the sea, between Siracusa and Noto and only 4 km away from Avola.
One of the few examples of country stay with direct access to the sea: a path through wheat fields leads to the sandy beach at the mouth of the river Cassibile and to a quiet cove of pebbles.

16 rooms in the main building, about 400 m from the sea:
- 7 standard double rooms (18 m²) with French door and bathroom with aerator; overlooking the central courtyard or the lawn
- 3 plus double rooms (20/22 m²), with access from the central courtyard and window overlooking the sea or the countryside
- 2 plus double rooms (20/22 m²), with access from the central courtyard and covered veranda;
- 4 plus rooms for 3 or 4 people (22 m²) with access from the central courtyard and window overlooking the sea or the countryside
4 little studio houses (22/24 m²): room with bathroom and little veranda (no kitchen!) about 200 m from the sea:
- 2 single houses: 1 for 2 and 1 for 3 people;
- 2 semidetached houses: 1 for 3 and 1 for 4 people
